Srilekha Nair

Srilekha is a Chartered accountant with decade long work experience in financial services industry.  Prior to Insphigher, she served in leadership positions with Citifinancial and Barclays finance.  Creating profitable branches for their personal loan business and turning around loss making units were among her core strengths. Later she partnered with many educational institutions for inculcating financial literacy among schools kids. She also worked with a few management institutes in building curriculums on management and finance.

Through her own experiences in managing large teams, Srilekha is a strong believer that consistent team performance is an outcome of sound fundamental knowledge. Through Insphigher, she seeks to explore and establish this possibility for organizations.

Indian classical art forms is a passion for Srilekha where she invests most of her personal free time.

 Sanjay Wadhwa

Sanjay’s training career spans close to 20 years across various industries ranging from banking, pharma, media, power and BPO. Sanjay specializes in the field of leadership trainings  and life coaching. He is widely recognized in the training industry and has successfully influenced over 35000 learners so far. An avid reader, it is hard to spot Sanjay without a book in his hand.
